Alternator problems, 1985 Isuzu I-Mark?

Several days ago I was driving and all of a sudden all the lights in my dash were flickering and eventually just stayed on. At this point my heater also stopped working. Soon after this my radio turned off, followed by my headlights dimming and engine almost stalling at a stoplight. When I got home I turned the car off, and was unable to start it back up. Now, I bought a new battery and alternator and installed them and the car seemed to be working fine as I drove it for about a half an hour. Now, today I drove it in to work and the same problems started to occur on the way (radio turned off, no blinkers, dim headlights, etc.) Can someone tell me what I should try next to try and fix this problem? Need help.

Take it to a parts store and have them test the battery and alternator, you could have got a bad one.

Your right on with the alternator, actually the regulator is causing the problem, fix it before it leaves you stalled. God Bless
